Whitehaven Family Hub Launches this Easter

Get ready Whitehaven, Family Hubs are coming!

Our first Family Hub will be launching this Easter, with a family fun day to celebrate the opening of the Hub on Thursday, 11 April.

The Family Hub team have been working super hard to ensure the building is open and ready for families from April 2024.  The opening will be marked with a big launch party on 11 April, 11am - 3pm, with the celebrations including free family activities and freebies, together with information stalls.

The Hub will provide a safe, welcoming space for families to get information advice and guidance in one place.  The launch event will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase our 0-5 years area, sensory room, young person’s room and clinical facilities, as well as the ongoing services that will be on offer.
