Medequip Connect

Medequip Connect is a nationally based organisation who currently provide Telecare services to over 10,000 people nationwide. Our objective is to be of benefit to the community and in particular to provide reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home. We operate in areas throughout the United Kingdom and offer specialist responder services in Cumbria, Suffolk and Oxfordshire

We serve the communities of Allerdale and Copeland, offering both a Monitoring and Response Service as part of our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service.

Offering both monitoring and response, gives local people the opportunity of emergency support in the event of an accident, such as a fall and requiring assistance, we can help you up from the floor if uninjured, with the use of lifting aids, so there is no need for an ambulance.

Our 24 hour Monitored and Response Telecare Service enables you to get help at the press of a button if you have an accident or emergency in your home. Our friendly team will supply all the necessary equipment and will provide support 365 days a year. Using our monitoring system, in the event of an emergency your next of kin, nominated contacts or emergency services will be alerted. Using our response service, we can deploy one of our highly trained responders to assist you.
