Recovery Star Programme
This 6 week programme uses the outcoem measurement tool as a basis for a series of sessions to examien areas of your life you may wish to address. We look at
- Managing mental health
- Physical health and self care
- Living skills
- Social networks
- Work
- Relationships
- Addictive behaviour
- Responsibilities
- Identity & self-esteem
- Trust and hope
and we use a number of CBT based exercises to help you focus on what you would like to address. Following the 6 week course you can then access a number of one to one support sessions to help you develop your own action plan.
