People First - HERE Counselling
Here offers high quality, free counselling from qualified and registered psychotherapists.
We can provide 8 sessions for those who find it difficult to access private therapy.
Further sessions can be negotiated where we continue to provide inexpensive access to talking therapies.
We cover a broad range of emotional issues and a variety of methods to suit your needs.
Currently we work with people over the age of 18. This includes family carers and young adults with learning difficulties and/or autism.
