Personal Care
Our trained and experienced Health and Wellbeing team can help you through a morning routine to reach that easy chair comfortably and with dignity. You may also need some support during the day to suit your personal needs and this can easily be arranged.
And, at the end of the day, we can make sure you are safely tucked up in bed – at a time to suit you. Whatever your needs and no matter how personal the care they provide for you, our team will always treat you with respect recognising that you are unique and so are your needs.
Companion Care
Life is hectic these days juggling work and family, sometimes this means you don’t have the time you would like to spend with the people you love. Unique Homecare Services can deliver you that peace of mind with their companion care service.
Companion care offers a flexible approach to care which means you can feel reassured that those you care about can enjoy a quality of life when you are not able to be with them. Unique Homecare Services will also update you on our time with those you care for with an email or phone call on a regular basis.
Coming Home from Hospital
Re-enablement is a short and intensive service, usually delivered in the home, which is offered to people with disabilities and those who are frail or recovering from an illness or injury, often, for example, those recently discharged from hospital.
The purpose of re-enablement is to help people who have experienced deterioration in their health and/or have increased support needs to relearn the skills required to keep them safe and independent at home. People using re-enablement experience greater improvements in physical functioning and improved quality of life compared with using standard home care.
Dementia Care
Unique Homecare Services offers a new approach to dementia care. We use a more holistic approach in the way we care for our clients. Working with Lancaster University and their dementia team Unique Homecare Services understands that in order for our clients to live well at home with dementia we need to look at diet, exercise, and stimulation all factors that are proven to slow the progression of dementia.
Our highly trained Health and Wellbeing team can deliver this new model of care supporting not only our clients but their family members as well
