Heathlands

What is Healthlands:
Heathlands is a community, led by our members to promote and enable the personal development and wellbeing of every person who attends.
We aim to support individuals to make positive decisions about their lives and overcome any issues that may hold them back. This is achieved by supporting them to engage in or access to a range of activities and opportunities. These could be educational, training and moving towards employment, personal development, creative or social. The aim is to have an impact on our members personal lives, improving such areas as self-esteem, confidence or health and wellbeing. By working with a diverse range of groups, partners and communities, one of the project’s aims is to promote social inclusion and create new opportunities. About - Heathlands
