Our personalised Study Programmes and vocational courses provide young people and adults with the skills they need to move in to further education, training or employment. We partner with employers to ensure our students are enthusiastic, work-ready and reliable.
At Nacro Education in Carlisle, we deliver the following qualifications to young people 16 - 18 years old:
City & Guilds Health & Social Care Level 1 Certificate
City & Guilds Health & Social Care Level 2 Certificate
City & Guilds Retail Level 2 Certificate
Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing
City & Guilds Level 1 Award and Certificate in Employability Skills
City & Guilds Entry Level 1 to Level 2 maths Functional Skills
City & Guilds Entry Level 1 to Level 2 English Functional Skills
AQA GCSE English
AQA GCSE Maths
You’ll be assessed through a portfolio, an exam or a range of practical activities. We also deliver Pastoral and Work Preparation classes that include a work placement.
All learners are eligible for financial support whilst on programme.
