Howgill Family Centre are a registered Charity who have been operating in the Communities of Whitehaven and the surrounding areas of Copeland for 40 years. We currently have a number of centres around Copeland; please contact our main office on 01946 817900 for more details.
What We Do
Howgill Family Centre started with a group of parents who got together to provide pre-school activities for children up to age five in a building on Howgill Street.
This remains a key element of what the organisation does today, albeit on a very much larger scale.
We provide education, skills, health, and social care services for children and their families across Copeland and West Cumbria. From practical support to therapeutic intervention, Howgill is here to help.
