Amy's Dementia Day Care and Social Club, KESWICK
Amy's Care is a Social Club at heart which offers whatever help an individual may need to access the club.
Meeting 2 days a week, the club is lively and fun with everything from discussions over the daily papers to trips out to community events. Anyone attending is encouraged to contribute to the day's proceedings either through chat, activities or simply helping with the washing up.
Everyone is welcome to the club at anytime and the staff and volunteers will make sure that if a member has any physical, mobility or mental health difficulties they are given all the help they need to become active and involved in the days proceedings.
Amy's Day Care is run from the Crosthwaite Room at the Keswick Museum in Keswick, on Wednesdays and Fridays. With never more than 12 people at once, care at Amy's can be personal at all times.
To discuss any individual needs please contact the Amy's Care office or drop in and join us for 10 minutes or the full day.
