Emergencies and urgent queries during office hours should go to the local office.  

Outside office hours, at weekends and bank holidays, the Emergency Duty Team will advise and respond to emergencies.

Please note that not all offices are open to the public and your local Adult Social Care team may not be your closest office geographically. You are, therefore, advised to telephone or email in the first instance.
