Early Years Area SENCo Advice Line for Settings and School SENCOs

The Early Years Area SENCO Advice Line continues to be available on a Wednesday by phoning: 0300 303 3897

Please note the new time: the advice line operates weekly on a Wednesday between the new time of 3pn to 6pm, offering childminders, private, voluntary or independent (PVI) and schools the opportunity to speak with an Area SENCO.

The advice line is aimed at supporting providers with general queries about referrals, including signposting the setting SENCO to available resources and offering a general range of strategies and support.

Please note, the advice line is not available for parents. If parents do make contact they will be advised to contact their child’s nursery/school or childminder or signposted to SENDIAS or SENDAC.
