Problems at School

If you need to make a complaint about something that has happened at school, please follow the school's complaints procedure.  Every school in England must have a complaints procedure which should be published on the school's website.  It will inform you what kind of complaints the school will deal with.

If after following the schools complaints procedure, your complaint has not been resolved, a letter of complaint to the school's governing body is the next step.
