The table below contains policy and guidance published by the Cumberland Council SEND, Education and Inclusion service. 

These Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) documents describe our statutory responsibilities, our approach to fulfilling these and support for our partners. 

All documents will be iteratively updated, and regular changes will occur. We recommend that you do not download these documents and instead access them through this website. This will ensure that you are always reading the most recent version available. 

This list will be updated on a monthly basis with any new versions or additional documents.
